Phew! What a ride and what a conclusion to the Songs of Corruption Series. The third book picks up right where Ruin ended. Theresa and Antonio faked their own deaths and escaped the country so they could have a life filled with forevers.
But certain circumstances force them to return to Los Angeles. From there on out it's just a roller coaster ride filled with
action, murder, sex and love.
But no matter what,
they are going to stay together or die together. I really liked and enjoyed the character development. Wow!
The growth and change in Theresa was amazing. The way she went from reserved and classy to a wild savage woman who has a voice and is not afraid to use it.
She fights and stands by her man and takes no prisoners. I also liked the fight/battle she had with herself.
She could feel and sense she was changing into this different but strong and determined woman.
Antonio is just a powerful man with a big M.
He loves and fights for his beliefs. What he's capable of doing for his woman is beyond amazing.
The way he takes Theresa and the way she pushes and provokes him was so intense and erotic.
The sacrifice he chose broke my heart but it was just in his spirit and so Antonio that's why it was perfect. C.D. Reiss knows how to capture a reader
and she certainly captured me.
It was intense, exciting and erotic.
The scenes between Theresa and Antonio were perfection.
I could feel their need for each other coming off the page. Her books are flawlessly written and she's an expert in creating a suspenseful and erotic romance, that captures you and doesn't let go until you've reached the final page.

CD Reiss is a USA Today and Amazon bestseller. She still has to chop wood and carry water, which was buried in the fine print. Her lawyer is working it out with God but in the meantime, if you call and she doesn’t pick up, she’s at the well, hauling buckets.
Born in New York City, she moved to Hollywood, California to get her master’s degree in screenwriting from USC. In case you want to know, that went nowhere, but it did embed TV story structure in her head well enough for her to take a big risk on a TV series structured erotic series called Songs of Submission. It’s about a kinky billionaire hung up on his ex-wife, an ingenue singer with a wisecracking mouth; art, music and sin in the city of Los Angeles.
