One accident - a freaking car crash.

It utterly consumed me.
I knew this stand-alone would be intriguing not just because of the author,
but the blurb got me!
I was spot on.
I was so busy trying to piece together
what was gonna happen,
I didn't see the beautiful, budding relationship between Myla and Gavin start.
I sorta felt like Myla's brother Brayden like where did this come from?
I was just wondering how everyone fit together in this puzzle.
The characters are very interconnected.
The beauty of it wasn't just about 2 people falling in love.
It was ultimately about Family and togetherness.
I don't mean a traditional family.
I mean that and the people closest to you that become your family.
Your Best Friend,
your lover, your brother,
your dog,
even Your FUCKED up blood relatives.
Hell real life is a dysfunctional family.
Hatrick captured that essence effortlessly.
It was real and I felt like
I was truly experiencing every emotion
with all of them.
Myla, Brayden, Gavin, Simon
and the entire Hockey team.
I couldn't put this down!
This is the perfect weekend read.
I did it a few hours and found myself craving more so I picked up the another
one of her books!!!
